クロウシノシタで50㎝というのは相当大きいですね。脂の乗りも良かったとのことですが、もしかしたら別種かもしれないなとちょっと思いました。でもそしたらなんだろう、オオシタビラメとか……？

]]> アッキー より https://www.outdoorfoodgathering.jp/fish/shimaushinoshita/#comment-1033 Wed, 18 May 2016 10:31:15 +0000 http://www.outdoorfoodgathering.jp/?p=5535#comment-1033 ウシノシタ科のものは、投げ釣り時代に平塚、伊東で何回も捕獲して食べてますが、味に関しては個体差が大きくて、なかなか評価が難しいと思ってました。約20年前に伊東で獲った超巨大なクロウシノシタ（約50㎝）は、脂の乗りが半端でなくて、ムニエルで今までのカレイ目の最高峰でした。ボクの中ではエベレストのようなものです。あれを超えるカレイ目の個体には死ぬまで出会えないだろうと思ってます。
