太いので5ミリくらいでしたが、苦労の割に食いでが少ないです
7月じゃなくて晩夏～初秋ぐらいならもっと太いのがあるんですかね…

天麩羅も美味しいし、茹でてからの甘酢漬けもおいしいですよー
で、素人なのですが 葛は種類があるのでしょうか？？ 毛むくじゃらの、種と 滑らかなものがある気がします。産地や植生の違いでしょうか？？
宮城県なのですが、日当たりなども関係する気がしています。
