私は無知なので、何でも直ぐに検索します。。。質問ですがｳｨｷﾍﾟﾃﾞｨｱ辺りに、豆鼓は黒大豆で、そら豆は豆板醤という記述がありました。どちらも、使われるのでしょうか？
