ハンバーグみたいなひき肉・混ぜ込み系は臭いが閉じ込められてしまうんじゃないかという危惧がありまして、今回はやりませんでした。結果としてやんなくて良かったかなとも思ってます。ミミズ臭、苦手みたいなんです(笑)
生の状態で匂いを消し去れる何かがあればいいんですけど。。

処理の仕方次第で普通に美味しく食べられそうですね。
