NaOHはオリーブのアク抜きに使えます。

NaOHとCa(OH)2で結果が変わってしまった理由についてなのですが、pHが関係しているのではないでしょうか。
NaOHの場合は非常に水に溶けやすいためにpHが高く(13に近いもの)なってしまうのですが、Ca(OH)2の場合ではあまり水に溶けないのでpHが12辺りまでにしかなりません。
拙い説明で分かりにくかったらすみません。

あと、飽和Ca(OH)2水溶液のことを石灰水と呼ぶので、飽和石灰水というのは正しくないみたいです。
