今年も母がくぎ煮を炊いてました。親戚に送るほど作るのがこのあたりでは普通ですね。
いかなごが一番売れるというのもわかる気がします。

結果、塩焼き…？のような食べ方をしました、生で食べたかった…（つд；*)

こちらは今はきびなごAnd白魚祭ですよ。春ですね!!

香ばしく、しかもかけた醤油に出汁が出てご飯にかけても良いですよ！
　ベカが刺身で食べられるとは！
もっぱら煮付けでしたよ！ムチッとした身が旨いですよね～。
