同じクモノスカビで作っている物なのかは分かりませんが、酸性条件で植物に発育するという点では共通するのかなと
是非とも試してみて頂きたいです。

日本酒のフルーティー系香りは精米技術による吟醸香もありますが、麹の香りもあるようですね。
